At VEXTO, we want you to love your new glasses. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return, in compliance with European consumer protection laws.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your glasses must be unused, free of scratches or damage, and in the exact same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging, including any cases, cleaning cloths, and tags.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, please email us directly at contact@vexto.club. We will provide you with the necessary instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or model, please indicate this when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
